Jake Rosen is a Jewish Believer in Jesus and has been since 1976. His parents were
refugees after WWII. Both were Holocaust survivors. Jake was born in France but has
been a St. Louisan his whole life. He has also been one of the pastors of Clayton
Community Church since 1991 and is the chaplain emeritus of St. Louis National Day
of Prayer.
As a church we try to heed the Apostle Paul's call to “go to the Jew first” as a
vital, contemporary priority. God has not forgotten His people or His promises. Jake
and his wife, Jeanne, help remind us of that call. Jake and Jeanne lead CCC’s Jewish

Since early 2008, Jake has led Shabbat services for Beit Chesed, a small Messianic congregation that now meets at Clayton Community church on Friday nights at 7:15 p.m. BCMC has been an intimate, growing fellowship of Jews & others with a heart to worship the God of Abraham Isaac & Jacob, Jesus the Messiah, in a Jewish Way. Jake received a BFA degree from Washington University School of Art and a masters in intercultural communication from Fuller Theological Seminary–SWM. He and Jeanne are proud parents of two young adults, Josiah and Aliza. He is also working on a series of large scale paintings based on the poetry of the prophet Isaiah.
